Course Highlights
A unique work study program spanning:
4 months of full time classroom lectures at partner management institutes.
7 months of On the job training at Eureka Forbes in different divisions like Retail, Industrial, Customer Care, Key Accounts, Service Installations, Facility Management, Healthcare, Commercial and Accounts, Human Resources, Supply chain and Logistics and Marketing.

The course will be conducted by leading Management Institutes, Visiting Faculty from Industry and Academic and Practicing Managers of Eureka Forbes Ltd. and the E4 team of Trainers and Consultants.

Certification criteria:
- 30 % written exams
- 30 % on the job evaluation
- 20 % live projects with industry
- 20 % personal interview with external faculty
Final placements:
Assured placements for all students securing 60 % and above marks in any one of the divisions of Eureka Forbes Ltd. at the Team Leader / Group Leader / Management Trainee levels all over India.
Students who secure 50 % and above marks will be given certificate and recommendation letters form E4.
Additionaly students will be offered placement assistance with leading companies by the respective Partner Management Institutes.
Admission procedure:

Payment of fees:
The entire fee of Rs 65,000/- should be paid in advance at the time of admission to the program. Fees should be paid by demand draft drawn in the name of E4 Development and Coaching Ltd. payable at Mumbai.
