At E4, we believe that the objective of education should be to teach how to think, feel and act professionally in a given situation. Carrying forward this thinking, we have come up with innovative ‘Customer Confidence Centres’ across all major cities in India to cater to voice queries or net queries and facilitate distance learning. These centres validate the bonafides of our customer touch points, i.e. Sales and Service.
Currently we have successfully launched Customer Confidence centres in Delhi, Pune, Chennai and Mumbai. This network will be further extended to 15 cities by end of 2008. Additionally, this vertical will also handle E-learning, Open learning programs for industry and campuses including faculty development programs. |
