Introduction to Faculty Development Program (FDP )

In order to orient academic professors with the latest industry practice E4 has developed several functional and skill based training programs and lecture series to train professors of various colleges in the country .

These programs are conducted on a master trainer workshop basis and colleges have to nominate their professors for the same. E4 also gives an opportunity to select professors to work with Eureka Forbes Ltd. for doing research in Sales Retail and Service functions thus, helping the professors to gain on the job exposure.

This exposure helps the professor to understand the practical aspects of the job and link several on the job examples while teaching the same in the classroom thus enabling the link between theory and practice.
